As a lifelong learner, for most of my life, I have studied how the brain learns scientifically, practically, experimentally, & personally. Although learning & teaching are my hobbies & passion, I make my living by accelerated learning & transferring my tacit knowledge. So, I never have dull moments, living with a sharp mind & healthy body.

As a cognitive scientist & technologist with decades of experience in metacognition, I've been fascinated by one question: How can we learn more efficiently, more enjoyably, & more sustainably in our modern lives? This book is my answer with nuanced details.
